At our house, Sundays are meant for family. It’s the day we get to bond with each other whether it’s staying at home all day puttering around or doing something fun. Sundays always give me a sense of comfort and it’s one of the reasons I enjoy photographing quiet Sundays with families in their homes. There doesn’t need to be a grand affair. Spending quality time with the ones you love is the most important thing in life and it deserves to be documented and preserved in a beautiful way.
This lovely Sunday was spent with the Khan family who live in Burlington, Ontario. Life can pass by so fast. Both parents have full-time jobs plus running their own web design business, both girls are in sporting activities, and in between dinners and homework, life can go by in a hurry. By documenting an ordinary Sunday, it gives you an opportunity to look back at the simple moments that truly make your family special. I was honored to be there to document this day for them.
